Cases are being pre-adjucated, So there are RFEs and other inquiries...After this, they will wait for visa number in PD Queue....which is a good thing...This assures there will be no wastage this year....

When you get the letter ready we'll send it again. It doesn't hurt to send them the letters 100 times.
I believe in 1 thing.... Is the media(in this case letter) imparting the message ? If the answer is 'Yes', we are done!!!!
Trust me my friend, spellings commas and fullstops doesn't matter...If you need to send out a message send it ASAP...

All I was saying that we need a professional letter that will have better impact. Once we have the letter ready, I will be the first one to send it out.

Way better than EB3-I/H1B in US....actually jumping out was the best thing I did before the GC train wrenk. This site keeps me aware of the latest changes in US immigration. After my wife's cad citizenship I might work in US even. Till then myself and wife...combined earn well
(I do agree as GC in US one can earn even more...I never deny that but GC is a pipe dream for India born)...actually I work incorporated (reduces tax liability)...sponsored my parents's pr few days back.

Something just popped up from my family.
I filed concurrent 140-485-765-131 in Nebraska.
DHL delivered the package on 1st of february.
My checks were not yet cashed and I did not get any reply from USCIS (and neither did my lawyer).
My lawyer said it is impossible and I am better off refiling but this implies redoing a lot of things that cost money and time.
How can I try to expedite without a receipt number?

Item E of the May 2008 Visa Bulletin (number 118, volume VIII) indicated that many Employment cut-off dates had been advancing very rapidly, based on indications that the Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) would need to review a significantly larger pool of applicants than there were numbers available in order to maximize number use under the FY-2008 annual limits. That item also indicated that if the CIS projections proved to be incorrect, it would be necessary to adjust the cut-off dates during the final quarter of FY-2008. The CIS estimates have proven to be very high resulting in: 1) the �unavailability� of all Employment Third preference categories beginning in July, 2) the �unavailability� of numbers for China and India Employment Second preference adjustment of status cases during September, and 3) the establishment of many October Employment cut-off dates which are earlier than those which applied during FY-2008.
Little if any forward movement of the cut-off dates in most Employment categories is likely until the extent of the CIS backlog of old priority dates can be determined. It is estimated that the FY-2009 Employment-based annual limit will be very close to the 140,000 minimum.
