I have 3yrs degree(Microbiology) and one year postgraduation diploma in computer science and 9years of work experience, Can I apply on EB2, some peolple saying at I-140 stage it gets problemetic with your degree, my employer says you can eligible to apply on EB2, Iam in real dilama, can any one please help me... thanks

I am sure that IV core team organizes events and actions pretty well. I know there are usually action items that get posted on IV.
How about thinking about the action items in a different perspective. For any event/action, create a task force. Ofcourse that may have been what is done as of now. But all am saying is create a taskforce every action/event to be organized at different levels vi.z, IV Core, IV State, IV Local and create a menu item called TaskForce on the main page. Anyone who is interested in a particular event or action would get in touch with the taskforce team.
Not sure if it makes sense but just a thought of coining a different name for the action items with assigned roles and ability to contact easily.

25 Billion dollars divided by less than 10K lawyers, each was going to walk away with a 2.5 million dollar bonanza
Now that it is clear that they will not turn into instant millionaires (believe me, most of them already are), they have suddenly become the EB community's stalwart best friend and are even filing a lawsuit for us because the thought of returning the 2000$ fees for filing 485 is killing them. They may even shed a tear at our sorry plight.

Can i leave the employer while i-140 is pending.....???If emplyer assures me that he won't revoke the i-140...???

I think people who haven't applied for their green card until now won't ever be able to do so....DOL won't ever make PERM certifications easier.

Anyone following the cap count would see that H1B numbers have gone down from 45500 to 44400 in one week. Since obviously even if no one submitted an H1B applicn last week, the only way numbers could have gone down is if USCIS denied 1100 applications. Seems like a high number of rejections in one week. My guess is these numbers reflect the the RFE(impossible to reply RFEs) cases that were sent to the premium processing and a few regular processing cases that ran out their time limit and got denied. It will be funny( for the anti immigrants) to see if the Cap count numbers continue to go down and guess by sept 2010, the numbers still available in the quota would be around 60k?!?
Just another example of the ruthless and cold hearted stand that USCIS is taking towards highly* skilled immigrants.

Approximately how many labor applications were filed each day for EB3-India. ?
Assuming around 5-10 each day and around 300 days in a year . it would
be around 3000 . Considering that there was minor downturn in 2001-2002
year i'm assuming that Cut-Off dates should be moving faster for EB3-I.
Note: I'm in EB3 India category and trying to make a calculated guess.

It all depends if your I-140 has been filed and approved and the I-485 has been pending for 6 months+.
If your I-140 has been approved and six months have passed since the filing of the I-485 then you should have no problem working in the same/similar job capacity under AC21 provisions.
Having said that, I don't know what the USCIS would do nowadays given the really bad economy.
This is not a professional advice and you should consult a lawyer on your specific case.

Now my story.
I am going to apply in next H1B quota and was having below queries:
1. I am confuse about what kind of h1b interview questions will be ask by consulate officer
2. Will they ask my previous work experience letter.. because currently I am in Australia and my work experience was in India and there's no way I can have letter now.
3. How's the job market for Enterprise Oracle DBA
4. And Do I need to keep any extra precautions from start in order to be safe from all future legal problems being a consultant.

Last time (in 2008) TSC was very fast in approving the cases, NSC was bit slow, thought it would be a good statistic at a glance on approvals.
