Hi
I am working on H1B and I already received my EAD and AP on november 2007. During I-484 filing I have not included my wife in my application because of personal reasons. But now i want to file it for my wife in another 2-3 months. Mu queation is that can she travel out of country on her valid H4 visa status while i travel on AP. Will it effects her reentry because I will be using my AP for travel and she dont have AP. Please answer my query.

Here is my situation, I will file for I-485 on July 1st.....but on July 21 I have to leave U.S....and my question is:
Can you leave the country as soon as you filed for I-485? or you have to wait for I-485 reciept?...I know it's mandatory to stay in U.S at the time of filing for I-485.....And is it true that after you file for I-485 you can leave U.S without any problems?
Please advise me.

I am working on Windows 7 based application development in Silverlight. I have not been able to find a way to play a an audio file in windows 7 phone. I have been googling it since past few days but i could not get any solution of that. There is a class in C# with name SoundPlayer but i guess its not available in Windows 7 Phone.

seems to say that as long as you have a valid visa (which a greencard is a physical manifestation of an immigrant visa) then you should be ok.
Assuming your son is a US Citizen - he won't need one either.

Thats correct. Once the I-140 is denied all the status' that comes with it goes away. So EAD, AP etc are no longer valid. Keep on extending H-1B and if the I-140 ever gets denied then you guys can move to H status.

I had FP done way back in October 07..but there is no status change LUD on I-485..what to do??.:confused:..Do I take an appointment to talk to an officer or simply call USCIS ..

Hi all.
I just came back from Canada after 4 days using 30 day rule as I wanted to recoup few days so that my co. can apply for 7th year extension because my LC shall be pending for more than 365 days. My question is does my employer have to file two seperate LCAs for each I-129 application or same LCA copy can be attached with each I-129 ( 1st I-129 for extension for 3 days, 2nd I-129 for 1 year extension ) ?
( NOTE- MY I-94 WAS EXPIRING ON 15TH MAY AND LABOR CERT. SHALL BE PENDING FOR MORE THAN 365 DAYS ON 17TH MAY, SO I HAD TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE USA TO RECOUP FEW DAYS)
